Awakening the Heart
MEDITATIONS TO MOVE THE MIND
Learn how to touch your heart and move your mind. We often feel we are stagnant, staying the same year after year. In this course, we will see how to have meditation truly shift our thinking so that we change what we wish for, how we see ourselves and the world around us, and how we feel. We do not need to feel stuck--we just simply need to know how to change our mind with meditation. Specifically, we will look out how to use special meditations on loving-kindness. These awaken our heart, make us light and happy, and improve our relationships. There will be plenty of time to explore the art of contemplative meditation and how to work through the various obstacles that arise in a meditation practice.

Finding Stillness and Peace
THE ART OF CONCENTRATION
We can feel so busy and stuck in our head. When we move out of our head, quiet our thoughts down, and find stillness, we naturally become happy. The technique to stop over-thinking and mental busyness is concentration. None of us are inherently distracted, but sometimes we find meditation tricky. Through looking at this art of concentration and ancient, tested techniques to improve focus and reduce mental clutter, we will feel inspired and encouraged to meditate more deeply. Meditation will work for us, and this inner stillness will become a friend and ally that helps us and the people around us. Everyone welcome!
